God Will Find You

I have thought about the way God found Tommy many times. The story made me reflect on the many ways that God has found me. For me it is impossible to miss God. I see Him in everything. He finds me in nature that is all around me--every sunrise is a reminder to me of God's faithfulness and His power. He finds me in the precious smile of my grandson and the darling way he holds his arms out for me to pick him up. God finds me in the faithfulness of His love and the unconditional love He showed in the birth of His Son, Jesus Christ, for me. I am eternally grateful that God found me with the gift of salvation when I was 12.

Today, I am grateful that God loves me and found me. "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." Galatians 2:20
