I am waiting and patience while it is a virtue is a virtue I am definitely learning. I am waiting to understand why MG chose to live with me. I am waiting for my health to improve. I am waiting to see God's plan work in my life. I am waiting to feel better. I am waiting for the referral to go to the research hospital. I am waiting to be able to play bridge again.
Lord, I pray that You will help me respond in a healthy way while I wait. I pray that my relationship with You will grow. I pray that my faith will strengthen and that I will live my life with the grace that You have blessed me with. I pray that my relationship with my family and my friends will become stronger. I pray that in everything that I do and say Your light shines for others to see. I pray Lord that You will keep me out of Your way while I wait. "I am waiting for the Lord, my soul is waiting for Him, and my hope is in His Word." Psalms 130:5
I also want to share a song with you written by John Waller. If you are not familiar with this song, please take the time to listen to it on You Tube. It is beautiful.
While I'm Waiting
I’m waiting
I’m waiting on You, Lord
And I am hopeful
I’m waiting on You, Lord
Though it is painful
But patiently, I will wait
I will move ahead, bold and confident
Taking every step in obedience
While I’m waiting
I will serve You
While I’m waiting
I will worship
While I’m waiting
I will not faint
I’ll be running the race
Even while I wait
I’m waiting
I’m waiting on You, Lord
And I am peaceful
I’m waiting on You, Lord
Though it’s not easy
But faithfully, I will wait
Yes, I will wait
I will serve You while I’m waiting
I will worship while I’m waiting
I will serve You while I’m waiting
I will worship while I’m waiting
I will serve You while I’m waiting
I will worship while I’m waiting on You, Lord

OH, Kay. So eloquently stated. Waiting can be SO difficult. But you know what? I can tell you ONE reason why God has allowed you to have MG. You ARE a light to others. Like Psalm 126:6, you WILL bring in sheaves with JOY when you sow in tears. It's not about suffering, it's about WHAT YOU DO in your suffering. And you are still giving glory to God, and He is very pleased with you!!
